According to the FOX NEWS ALERT Chief Justice William Rehnquist has left his home. They've shown it four times now, since I've been watching. Each time with the FOX NEWS ALERT.

How many times do us "court-watchers" have to be reminded that the Chief Justice will announce his intentions when he decides to?
The media doesn't need to be staking out any of the Justice's homes. Concentrate on the news of the day, as it arrives.
This is why I don't get my news from TV. Even FOX tends to act like a vulture at times.
