Oh No, Not Bo
So far I've managed to not have to do a Bo Bice story. As far as I know there's not a Bo/Sand Mountain connection. I'll let you in on a little secret, I'm not looking for one. I've never been an American Idol watcher.
I have nothing against Bo. I've never met him. I saw the story Dianna did with his Maw Maw. She seemed nice.
It's certainly a story people are talking about. My news director in Tuscaloosa said that's what news is, whatever people are talking about. So I guess Bo is news. I'm just glad we haven't started leading our news with Bo.

hate to break this to you. But Bo once bought a bag of Funyuns at the Exxon Tiger Mart on 231 in Guntersville.
The clerk, LaSonya Whitfield, 28 of Sidney says the long-haired rocker was pleased to find his favorite onion flavored rings at her store. "He said he couldn't find these in Arab. Bought 4 bags. Must have had the munchies" Whitefield remembers.
